System Procedures

System procedures, also commonly called management procedures, are those that implement the requirements of the points of the ISO 14001:2015 standard. The system procedures of the PRO kit cover all the requirements of the standard by addressing:

Planning

With the analysis of the context and environmental aspects and compliance obligations, risk assessment, determination of environmental actions and objectives

Leadership

With the development of the Environmental Policy, determination of senior management commitments and assignment of roles, responsibilities and authority in the system

Support

With the supervision of processes dedicated to making technical, financial (PNRR), human resources (competence and awareness), communication and documented information available

Operational activities

With the supervision of business processes (organizational activities) in which actions aimed at containing polluting factors and environmental objectives are integrated

Performance evaluation

With the monitoring, measurement and analysis of polluting aspects (effectiveness)

With the monitoring, performed with the audit, of non-conformities (conformity)

With the analysis, in the management review, of the system’s ability to comply with the requirements (adequacy)

With the assessment of the adaptation of the documentary aspects to the company reality (suitability)

Improvement

With the analysis and treatment of deviations and non-conformities and with the development of improvement actions
