The use of the Deming cycle ensures the privacy system adheres to the logic of the ISO Standards and allows the organization to proceed in an orderly manner to:
- PLAN – Examine and plan (Requirements, dangers, risks, security measures)
- DO – Implement (Respond to the requirements and implement the security measures)
- CHECK – Verify (Privacy results, compliance with the GDPR, security of data and data subjects)
- ACT – Intervene (Implement corrective and improvement actions and/or activate disciplinary processes)
